The foundation for this session was laid early on in the progression of workshops. During the Research and Preparation workshops we conduct early in the series of workshops, your sales reps will have built out everything they need to put together a great pre-appointment plan, and work on honing their business acumen based conversations. Your reps will uncover costs outside of the obvious, and more importantly you will learn a repeatable methodology for getting the client to recognize and share these extended ramifications with you, rather than your projecting what you want them to feel onto them.

We ensure proper training of sales acumen for uncovering needs, cost, and extended ramifications to create a well qualified business need, and the appointment is not over until a Follow Up Summary Email is sent to the parties that are involved in the decision.

At Full Throttle, Sales & Performance Coaching LLC, we put planning and preparation in the center of everything we do. There is an art to planning & preparation. We never take anything for granted, we never assume anything about the level of planning and preparation that goes into a sales professional's routine. Many of our sessions are great inspection points to understand what the level of competency is today and what we can build on. We will always find room to improve even the most foundational steps to sales success. Upon completion you will have an action plan for mapping out a day, a week, a month, and a quarter. This will lead to achieving goals that are documented and committed to for the year. Planning and preparation is at the center of everything we coach.
