Randy Garner has been a top performer in sales, sales training, management, and leadership development for over 20 years.  Earning a reputation nationally as a thought leader and premier sales performance coach, Randy brings expertise in sales planning, preparation, and performance management.  

Randy served in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned the benefits of disciplined planning and implementation.  Randy is a combat veteran who managed logistics in one of the most critical requirements while serving in Desert Shield | Desert Storm.  Randy's responsibility was ensuring the receiving, quality, and distribution of subsistence supply.  This included delivering mission critical supplies throughout the region.  BSSG-1 out of Kaneohe Bay arrived in theater just 10 days after Iraq's invasion into Kuwait.  Randy was instrumental in the set up and organization of the supply compound during the lead up time to what we become known as the First Gulf War, Operation Desert Shield | Desert Storm.  In 1992 After earning an honorable discharge, Randy got his first experience managing a P & L, he transferred his leadership skills into restaurant management. 

 

In 1997 Randy began a new career with a global technology company as an entry level sales professional.  Randy quickly earned promotions including Major Account Sales, then took on the role of National Trainer.  Again Randy quickly earned the promotion to Sr. Manager over all Sales Force Enablement for Central, Midwest, and West regions.  In this role Randy developed a reputation as a highly sought-after business partner and business advisor over the span of 30 states.  Randy has experience in all facets of sales on-boarding, management, and leadership development building profitable approaches and strategies in numerous marketplaces with tremendous economic and cultural differences.
